Welcome to Seedling. By using our application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the App
Seedling is a habit-tracking tool designed for personal growth. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your local device profile. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Seedling Pro is offered as a recurring subscription (Monthly or Yearly).
- Billing: Payments are processed via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
3. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. If we do, we will provide you with notice through the app or the relevant App Store. We typically aim to "grandfather" existing subscribers, meaning they may continue to pay their original price for as long as their subscription remains active, though we reserve the right to increase prices for all users with appropriate notice and opt-in requirements as per App Store policies.
4. Limitation of Liability
Nord Bloom Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denmark.
